The Most Common Last Names in the U.S.

 I'm going to start this off by listing the top ten most common last names(surnames) in the U.S. It gives an interesting picture about the make-up of American society. Obviously, Anglo-Saxon and Germanic names predominate the list.

9. Rodríguez
10. Wilson


Garcia and Rodriguez stand out. As Hispanic-Americans grow in number, I think we'll Garcia and Rodriguez go a few steps higher.
